Introduction

The Queensland Branch was formed around 1998 and has 32 paid-up members, some of whom live too far away to meet on a regular basis. The Branch was officially discontinued as a formal Association and re-constituted as an informal Association at the AGM in February 2009. It continues to serve in bringing former members of the force together, despite the great distances involved. The Branch does not seek new members. Its aim is to keep former members informed of events elsewhere and offer the once-a-year get together if they are prepared to travel. The ladies are an important adjunct to any of our gatherings.
